Game Stop Power Up Rewards?
I was thinking of renewing my Game Stop Edge Card until my eye caught a pamphlet that said Game Stop Power Up Rewards. I looked at the pamphlet and it had some cool stuff better than the edge card.
Every dollar spent on a game you get 10 or 20 points
10% bonus trade-in credit, 10% off games etc and one year of game informer magazine also a special coupon buy 2 get 1 free used games.
save up points to get reward and stuff
Im thinking of getting it but I thought maybe I should ask people and see what they say.
Also if someone has a Power Up Card the free one of the 14.99 one tell me how bad or good it is
Hey man, sorry not a lot of people have answered your question, this is probably because the power up card is new and not a lot of people even know about it yet, maybe I can help shed some light:
The FREE power up card basically gives you 3 features,
-Points torward awards for every dollar spent
-Exclusive offers to news, offers, and events
-And one epic giveaway entry per purchase or trade

Now, I personally believe that these features are great and that I gain back every penny and more of my initial investment. You get 10 % off pre-owned games ,accesories, and more…….. again, please check out the site above, they explain it a lot better than I do…… and on top of all that, you get one free year of Game Informer when you buy the pro card. I think the upgrade to pro is really worth it, but it all depends on your buying habits, it pays off a lot more to buy used items with the card, but if you DON’T buy any used material, basically more than half of its benefits go away. look over the site and read more about it’s features, also the more you shop at Gamestop, the more it pays off, so take into account how much and what things you buy. Lastly just a note: The power-up card was really a no-brainer for me since I was already suscribing to GameInformer through gamestop. This costs 14.99 so…. the guy just offered to give me a pro power up card and said “here, you get what you were gonna get in the first place, and this super awesome card that does…..blah…..blah…..blah” So it totally your choice, its simple, the more you fill their pockets, the more they help you out XD …….but if you’re gonna fill their pockets in the first place, definitley get this card…..good luck + I hope I helped!
